India Thieriot is a 25-year-old singer-songwriter from San Francisco. She has been writing songs since the age of 10, slowly developing her sound into what can now be described as a blend of soulful indie rock and pop. She grew up being inspired by lyric-driven artists such as Emily King, Kacey Musgraves, and Taylor Swift and thoughtful lyricism is always at the forefront of her process as a result. She has said that songwriting is the only way she knows how to process her life experiences — translating moments into verses.
