Proceeds will be distributed to Bread of Life's Hurricane Harvey Relief Fund.

For 25 years Bread of Life has offered services to the homeless, individuals struggling with HIV and AIDS, and the low to moderate income community at large. Our commitment to the community and our experience positions us to take the lead in moving affected Houstonians from crisis to solutions. However, like never before we are relying on donor investments.

Proceeds from our #HelpHoustonHeal show will be donated to Bread of Life’s Hurricane Harvey Fund which will directly support disaster case management, a tool bank, and direct assistance to individuals.

Disaster Case Management (DCM) involves the development of an individual recovery plan that incorporates sustainable assistance for those facing a long road to recovery. DCM includes Intake and Screening, Assessment, Recovery Planning, Action and Advocacy, Monitoring, and Case Closure. Disaster case management also provides more comprehensive referral services that include health care, transportation assistance, and furniture assistance.

The Tool Bank is a lending program in conjunction with DCM that provides disaster volunteers with access to an inventory of tools for small DIY recovery projects. In partnership with our tool bank, our disaster volunteers provide cleanup support in targeted areas. Potential benefactors of this service must sign up in advance via Bread of Life contact.

Individual assistance primarily aids clients through tangible support like transportation, gas cards, cleanup kits, rental assistance, small appliances, etc.
